STEP has completed the construction of a complex for filling cylinders with industrial gases for Linde Gas company, one of the leading players in the global gas market. The complex is to be put into operation in late summer – early fall.

STEP worked as the building contractor in the project of the Linde Gas’ industrial complex, Line Gas is a German company represented in Russia through its subsidiary OAO Linde Gas Rus. The new complex was built on a land plot of 2 hectares in the south of St. Petersburg in the Metallostroy Industrial Zone.

Previously there was an unfinished construction project here which was reconstructed by STEP into an industrial complex for a station filling cylinders with technical gases. The complex’s total area is 890 square meters. In addition, some premises were constructed from the ground up: the administrative building of 760 square meters, the bases for storage of liquid industrial gases and carbon dioxide, other auxiliary units.

STEP performed the full range of construction works and laid the external networks and infrastructure (roads). Investment in construction work amounted to 115 million rubles.
