STEP has fit out premises for a Technopark high-end domestic appliance store. The area of the project covers 1871 sq.m and the client is TECHNOPARK-Center LLC.

STEP has completed the design and the whole range of general contractor works, internal fit out of a two floor premises, ventilation and air conditioning systems, construction and installation and electrical works. The reconstruction was completed in May 2013.

Technopark is a holding that owns the BORK brand and occupies a leading position in Europe for the sale of premium and luxury domestic appliances. It has more than 60 stores in Moscow, 14 supermarkets in the regions and an online store which delivers appliances throughout Russia.

Konstantin Pushkin, STEP's head of construction, noted that a feature of the project is the high-quality fit out. "This is the first class A fit out project in a Technopark domestic appliance supermarket and it will be used to create similar stores in the chain", commented Konstantin Pushkin.

This project's format will be used to develop the holding in Moscow and other large cities.

The store's fit out was carried out in an existing shopping mall round the clock and at weekends. The project was carried out by Ippolito Fleitz architecture studio, which has developed concepts for Bang & Olufsen, BORK, Dyson and Mercedes-Benz.

The contract was worth over 30 million rubles.
