HILTI

Company headquarters in Moscow

HILTI Distribution Ltd. (Russia) and STEP Construction signed general contract of work and labour on design of project documentation and carrying out of the whole complex of building and assembly jobs for finishing premises, and also for coordination of the object for HILTI in Moscow.

Électricité de France

Company office

STEP signed contracts with the largest French electricity company – Electricite de France – for reconstructing its office in Moscow in October, 2010. Works on the project were finished already in December, 2010. STEP is currently leading additional works in EDF’s office with an area of 544 sq. m.

Gide Loyrette Nouel

Office premises

At the end of 2008 STEP executed design, construction and installation works for a new office of Gide Loyrette Nouel (GLN) in Saint Petersburg.

Office premises for the international company

STEP appeared as the general contractor for internal furnishing of premises for Amdocs International Billing Company's offices.

Zolotaya Osen

Premium residential complex

In 2000 year STEP stepped forth as a general contractor of the housing estate reconstruction with construction of the elite building. Investor was Promstroybank Property Fund.
