Delivery period for this project was very short, in fact it took only 15 months to complete. STEP carried out the entire scope of design and planning works, executed production plant construction phase, renovated storage facilities, and performed landscaping on adjacent territory. Company installed all utility systems, constructed access roads to existing warehouses and production facilities from three different sides.

STEP has completed design and survey works, development of permits, general contract works for the construction of the complex Geropharm.

The high-tech pharmaceutical production plant includes production, administrative and utility rooms, as well as free-standing auxiliary building.

This project called for construction of the new R&D and manufacturing facility. Acting as general contractor, STEP completed the whole range of tasks: earthwork and construction work, cranes and lifting mechanisms deployment, utility networks and communications installation, commissioning and start-up of all building servicing and supporting systems.
