Project

This project covered construction of an additional production facility for the renowned French tire manufacturer. STEP provided general contracting services, design, pre-commissioning and permitting services with State Construction Supervision and Inspection Service, followed by start-up operations. The high density of service and utility lines on site as well as constrained work conditions created the main challenges associated with this project.
