Project

Within the scope of this project, STEP provided general contracting services for the design, engineering, and turn-key construction of the project’s first phase. Company completed utility system installation, finishing works for office premises, landscaping of the surrounding territory. During construction and finishing stage, only energy-efficient high quality materials made in the EU were used. STEP designed flexible office space layout, adding sophisticated climate control system. Intelligent "smart home" system was implemented with signal dispatching device designed to manage all utilities systems from a single computer screen.
