Project

The complexity of this project was not only due to its unique location in historical part of St. Petersburg, but also due to serious requirements for technical and servicing systems. This was the first "intelligent" building project in St. Petersburg. Architectural and design solutions, atrium and facade with planar glazing made have made this building stand out.
